About the Role We’re looking for a

Compliance Staff

who’s excited to help shape how the next wave of users experience crypto. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across product, engineering, and brand to help us scale with purpose, fast.

In this role, you'll: Monitoring compliance with applicable laws, OJK regulations, and internal policies. Preparing legal opinions and guidance notes for internal stakeholders. Monitoring and interpreting changes in laws and regulations affecting the Company’s operations. Supporting corporate secretarial functions, including shareholder and board documentation. Collaborating with compliance, risk, and business development teams to mitigate legal risks proactively.

You might be a fit if you; Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Technology Information, Accounting, Management, or related fields. Have at least 1-3 years of experience in the field of Compliance/ Regulatory/ Risk Management, preferably from the Fintech or financial/investment industry. Understand Bank Indonesia regulations, especially related to payment systems, KYC, AML-CFT, and consumer data protection. Have good analysis, documentation, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work under pressure. Mastering English (oral and written) is a plus.
