About the Role

The

Territory Lead

supports the

Customer Service business

within the water and wastewater treatment sector. The role focuses on driving sales of spare parts and service solutions while strengthening relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory. The position combines sales expertise with technical understanding to support customer needs and contribute to the growth of the business.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market presence. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans. Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure consistent achievement of goals. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new customers. Provide coaching, guidance, and continuous feedback to improve the performance of sales representatives. Ensure the sales team maintains strong product knowledge and understands customer requirements. Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and report performance to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales activities with overall business strategies. Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of sales processes and practices. Maintain and continuously improve the BU QHSSE Management System in alignment with corporate policies and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Promote a strong QHSSE culture to safeguard people, the environment, and operational integrity while delivering high-quality products and services. Report QHSSE risks, ensure adherence to QHSSE standards and KPIs, and maintain personal and team safety at all times.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with some leadership exposure. Experience or knowledge in water and wastewater treatment is highly preferred. Practical experience in technical sales or sales engineering, ideally within spare parts, service, or after-sales support. Ability to identify customer needs and effectively promote spare parts and service solutions. Results-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
