Data Engineer

Job Overview: The focus is on setting up and maintaining structured data pipelines for the Montessori Gym’s omnichannel ecosystem. This role involves designing data architecture, integrating multiple platforms, and enabling efficient data-driven decision-making.

Job Description: Design and implement data structures in BigQuery and other cloud-based environments. Integrate data from multiple sources, including but not limited to internal database and third party data. Develop APIs and automation processes to streamline data flow across existing systems. Build and maintain dashboards using services like Metabase, Superset, Google Data Studio, or similar tools. Optimize raw data storage and transformation to support advanced manual analysis. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all touchpoints.

Job Requirements: 2+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud computing, or related roles. Understand and can implement data engineering best practices. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud providers. Strong understanding of BigQuery, Big Data processing, and ETL pipelines. Experience working with APIs and integrating multiple data sources. Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications across Kubernetes clusters or Virtual Machine (VM) environments. Proven experience in designing and implementing streaming data pipelines. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant scripting languages. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase, Superset, or Google Data Studio.
