Stock Keeper F&B , you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and proper management of raw materials and operational goods to support smooth daily outlet operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Minimum 1 year experience in stock keeping, warehouse, or inventory management (F&B industry experience is an advantage) Strong understanding of inventory systems, stock control procedures, and FIFO & FEFO methods High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling inventory assets Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to work systematically in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities: Ensure availability and optimal stock levels of raw materials and operational goods to support daily outlet operations Manage receiving, storage, and distribution processes in accordance with SOP, including verifying quantity and quality of goods from vendors Record and monitor all inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner using the inventory system Conduct routine stock opname and reconcile physical stock with system data to identify discrepancies Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, while maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes
