Digital Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this Digital Marketing Specialist role represents an exciting opportunity to join the growing marketing team at PT Ultra Dent Solutions, a leading provider of dental solutions in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategies and initiatives to support overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, email, and the company website

Manage and optimise the company's search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts to improve visibility and drive qualified traffic

Create engaging and compelling content for the company's digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to continually improve the effectiveness of digital marketing activities

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to enhance the company's approach

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or B2B industry

Proficient in search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO), with a strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics

Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and relevant digital content across various platforms

Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimising successful digital marketing campaigns

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
