The Role, and what you'll be doing As the first dedicated Product leader, you will own the product vision, strategy, discovery, and execution. You will work side by side with the Founder and CEO to shape the next phase of global expansion.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will think strategically and operate tactically.

You will: Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap Lead product discovery with deep customer empathy and insight Embed modern product practices across the organisation Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams Build and mentor a high-performing product function Drive scalable B2B SaaS growth across global markets Translate complex health data into intuitive, high-impact product experiences

About You Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS products globally Experience working with data-rich platforms, ideally within health, education, or regulated environments Strong discovery capability with genuine customer empathy Commercially astute and comfortable influencing at the executive and board level Hands-on leader who can zoom in and out effortlessly Thought leader with a clear point of view on modern product practices Experience operating in high-growth, founder-led environments
