Section Head Health Claim have to make sure the verification and approval claim processes executed properly & thoroughly, also they need to encourage and implement innovations in process and services in Health Claim. Job Descriptions Ensure: (a) Claim content (medical procedures, medical examinations, and medications) in accordance with policies’ coverage plan; (b) Medical procedures, examination, and medications fee is in accordance with terms & conditions; (c) Claim content to hospitals or health provider (in accordance to policies' coverage plan) Giving out advice and medical recommendations for specific medical cases to companies based on received informations from hospitals or patient to suggest the best solutions. Encourage and implement innovations in process dan new services Make and implement TOD (Table of Duties) for team member based on work plan Monitor and evaluate team productivity in order to achieved agreed productivity targets. Lead health projects in Health Operation Division and suggest an improvement in health industry (for example: medical check-up system, claim process system, etc)

Placement: Head Office - Jakarta Selatan Minimum Qualifications Candidate must be a Doctor Doctor with Occupational Specialist Certification (Sp. Ok) or Clinic Management/Hospital Administration Master's Degree are preferable Have a good understanding about clinic management will be a plus Great Logical & Analytical thinking Able to work as a team and manage a team Skilled at Microsoft Excel
