Role Description This is a full-time role for an Indonesian Bookkeeper working 5 days per week on Australian hours of 9am to 5pm. The Indonesian Bookkeeper will handle daily bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate financial records, helping with preparing financial statements, preparing cash flow projections, and managing journal entries for one of my Australian clients. The role also involves working with both Xero and QBO accounting software (so you must be certified) and ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations. Accurate data entry, reconciliation, and close collaboration with myself and management are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation, including analysis and reporting

Strong skills in Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records

3 years' experience with both Australian QBO and Xero Accounting Software and Microsoft tools relevant to the role

Knowledge of Australian BAS, GST, PAYG Withholding is a must.

Ability to create and manage Journal Entries (Accounting) for records and adjustments

Must be fluent in oral and written English

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

3 years' prior experience in the Australian agricultural or food supply chain industries is an advantage.
