Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Advertising Specialist. The position is based in Yogyakarta, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days.
The Specialist will be primarily responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing end-to-end advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, ensuring strict alignment with brand goals. You will monitor and analyze key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS) daily to adjust bidding strategies and improve budget efficiency.
Additionally, you will develop detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, visualizing data to highlight trends, opportunities, and ROI for stakeholders. You will also conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences on Google and Meta to lower CPMs/CPCs and increase conversion rates. The role involves close collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to align paid media efforts with broader business goals.
Qualifications
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience specifically managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. Those who do not have direct advertising experience will be automatically rejected.
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
Paid Media Strategy: Expert proficiency in paid search, display, and social advertising ecosystems. Experience with TikTok Ads is a strong plus.
Performance Metrics: Deep understanding of paid advertising KPIs, including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Strong ability to generate comprehensive ad performance reports, utilize platforms like Google Analytics, and translate raw data into actionable insights.
A/B Testing: Proven ability to test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize conversion rates.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, budget pacing, and staying ahead of digital advertising trends and algorithm updates.
Education: Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Bonus: Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing or agency environment.
