Supervisor Sales & Marketing

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales & marketing team to maximize performance.

Prepare sales plans, marketing plans, and target achievement strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Manage customer databases and sales pipelines effectively.

Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a team.

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is preferred.

Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Strong analytical skills in market and competitor analysis.

Target-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

Extensive professional network is an advantage.
