KOL Retention Specialist , with a job detail: What You’ll Do: Support

Level 0 / new KOLs

from onboarding through their early growth phase on

TikTok Go Deliver

basic training and guidance

on content quality, consistency, and TikTok Go best practices (e.g. how to create good-quality videos, follow campaign briefs, and improve performance) Ensure new KOLs actively

join beginner-level campaigns

and understand campaign mechanics Monitor KOL activity, performance, and engagement during the

6-month binding period Identify early drop-off risks and take proactive actions to

retain KOLs long-term Manage

renewal and re-binding processes

after the initial 6-month contract period Act as the main point of contact for new KOLs, providing ongoing support and motivation Work closely with

Acquisition, Admin, Campaign, and Operations teams

to ensure smooth KOL journeys Design and execute
