We are looking for a TechnologyOne Property and Rating Consultant who specializes in implementing, configuring, and supporting the CiAnywhere Property & Rating module, primarily for local councils and government agencies.

Your role will be to guide clients through software transitions, optimize business processes for land management, valuation, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Product Expertise:

Deep knowledge of TechOnes Property & Rating modules (Valuation, Rates, Revenue, Land Management). Consulting & Implementation:

Leading project delivery, configuring software, and providing expert advice on best practices for council operations. Customer Support:

Acting as a primary contact to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and enhance customer experience. System Transformation:

Guiding clients through the transition to TechOne CiAnywhere.

Job Requirements Essential Experience:

Proven experience with TechnologyOne Property and Rating systems, particularly within a local government context. Technical & Domain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of ERP systems, data management, and council regulations. Communication:

Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
