Job Description

Perencanaan & Engineering

Mengkaji dan memverifikasi shop drawing MEP, spesifikasi teknis, dan metode kerja

Mengkoordinasi desain MEP dengan tim Consultan dan Owner

Menyusun method statement, jadwal kerja, dan kebutuhan material MEP

Manajemen Proyek & Lapangan

Mengawasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan MEP di lapangan (HVAC, listrik, plumbing, fire system, data, dll)

Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai drawing approved, standar mutu, dan timeline proyek

Mengontrol progres pekerjaan MEP dan melaporkan ke PM / Direktur

Quality Control & Testing

Memastikan instalasi memenuhi SNI, PUIl, dan regulasi terkait

Mengawasi proses testing & commissioning sistem MEP

Menangani perbaikan (defect list) dan serah terima MEP ke klien

Mengelola dokumen MEP: as built drawing, manual, dan checklist.

Budget & cost control

Mengontrol biaya pekerjaan MEP agar sesuai BQ dan target perusahaan

Memberikan estimasi biaya MEP untuk tender atau proyek baru

Berkoordinasi dengan QS, Purchasing, dan Procurement terkait material & vendor MEP

Administrasi & Pelaporan

Menyusun laporan mingguan & bulanan terkait progress MEP

Mengelola dokumen MEP: as built drawing, manual, dan checklist.

Mendukung proses handover proyek dan dokumentasi akhir

Kepemimpinan & pengembangan tim

Memimpin dan membina tim MEP

Menyusun pembagian tugas dan evaluasi kinerja tim MEP

Membangun standar kerja & SOP divisi MEP

Minimum Qualifications

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik elektro/ Sipil / Arsitek

Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di pekerjaan MEP

Menguasai HVAC, Listrik, plumbing, fire system

Mampu membaca drawing & koordinasi lintas divisi

Mampu membuat gambar MEP

Kepemimipinan dan komunikasi yang baik

Memiliki tim MEP

Diutamakan pernah mengerjakan proyek di dalam mall, hotel, atau restaurant

Berdomisili di Jabodetabek
