As a senior member of our established Sales Trading team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping execution strategies and leveraging Macquarie’s advanced trading tools and platforms to deliver innovative solutions for our institutional clients globally. Collaborating across regional teams in Asia, you will lead execution processes, foster deep client partnerships and identify opportunities to expand our market presence. What you offer

Excellent academic qualifications, ideally in a finance, economics or quantitative discipline. Sales trading experience gained from sizable sell‑side platforms with a proven ability to deliver consistent execution quality and client service in a competitive environment. Deep understanding of Indonesian equity markets and solid institutional client relationships. Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify revenue opportunities. Thrive in a collaborative team culture with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to communicate ideas succinctly with fluency in English. Detailed knowledge of risk management, technical and operation procedures within a global institutional equity trading environment.
