LEAD OF SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Perform troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of engines

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance based on schedules

Prepare and manage spare parts lists for maintenance and repairs

Operate engines in both manual and automatic modes

Coordinate with customers during engine testing and troubleshooting

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes

Ensure proper handling and safety procedures while engines are under maintenance

Qualifications & Requirements 1. Min 5 years of experience as an Engine Service Techanical (Mechanical/Electrical)

Prior professional experience with reciprocating engine preferred

Professional English Fluency

Familiar with VOLVO PENTA (diesel engine)

Available for extensive travel, up to 80%

Able to understand and implement technical procedures

Have valid driver's license

Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with internal and external customers and prospects

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Willing to be placed in South Tangerang.
