Credit Policy - Risk Analytic Departement Head Responsible for formulating and establishing credit risk management policies, procedures and standards.

Responsible for monitoring overall credit risk exposure and credit portfolio performance to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks, and developing necessary risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure that all credit policies and activities are in line with applicable internal and external regulations.

Requirements Candidate must possess at least

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Economy / Finance / Accountancy / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of working experience as Credit Risk Policy and 2 year experience as Credit Risk Policy Senior Supervisor/Junior Manager in banking or financial services company.

Familiar with credit risk reporting.

Having knowledge about regulations of OJK.

Proficient with Ms. Office and SQL/Statistical Analysis Software (SAS)

Certified Risk Management(CRM)

such a plus.

Have experience in team performance monitoring and team development.

Good analytical thinking, highly accuracy, and detailed oriented.

Having good interpersonal and team work skill.

Fast learner and independent.

Able to work under pressure, willing to work with deadlines.

Placement : Head Office (Jakarta).
