Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.

Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.

Provide assistance to guests as needed and respond to inquiries.

Perform rescue techniques and first aid when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including chairs and surrounding spaces.

Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify any hazards.

Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the management.

Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay prepared for emergencies.

Maintain accurate records of pool usage and incidents.

Qualifications

Current lifeguard certification (CPR, First Aid, and AED).

Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred.

Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
