Clinical Coder (Full-Time / Part-Time), Health Information Management Services You will be responsible for the accurate and timely abstraction and coding of diagnoses and procedures. You will also be involved in coding analysis, audits and reviews, as well as liaising with doctors and other healthcare professionals on coding matters. In addition, you will participate in continuing education and training for the new clinical coders.

Requirements

Diploma in Health Sciences or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience

Certificate in ICD-10-AM Coding or relevant medical coding experience in a Hospital setting

Meticulous with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
