Senior Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Nurse to join our hospital team. This role requires a strong clinical background, leadership capability, and the ability to mentor nurses while ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with hospital SOPs.

Job Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and professional ethics. Mentor, coach, and supervise junior nurses to enhance clinical skills and professional development. Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Develop, review, and revamp Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols (PPI). Perform and supervise basic nursing procedures including phlebotomy and other essential clinical skills. Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care management. Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation processes. Handle patient and family concerns professionally and empathetically.

Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Nursing. Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi). Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a hospital nurse. Strong understanding of basic nursing procedures including phlebotomy and infection prevention & control (PPI). Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, or supervising nursing staff. Experience in developing, evaluating, and improving SOPs. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
