Strategic Operations Cost & Controls Manager

Responsibilities

Review key business processes and improve or implement controls to address identified risks, gaps in procedures, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.

Provide strategic business analysis for initiatives such as replanting projects and new investment projects in estates and mills, as required by the Business Unit Head.

Review and analyze costs on a regular basis at PSM level and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure Plantation Cost (CTM) is aligned with the approved RAP.

Monitor and ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures across operations.

Participate in negotiation processes with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Follow up on Operation Internal Audit findings and monitor progress until completion.

Share internal audit findings with Operations, focusing on fraud prevention and strengthening optimal control measures.

Review Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) purchase margins regularly and coordinate closely with the FFB Purchase team.
