Responsibilities
Assist and organize the activities of the executive in charge.
Draft the reports required by the executive and submit on time.
Manage daily operations such as scheduling, meeting arrangements, guest reception, and workspace organization for the executive.
Translate and interpret company level meetings, external communications, and work arrangements for leadership.
Translate and check company level documents.
Prepare for Board of Directors (BOD) meetings.
Qualifications
Professional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin.
Experience in providing administrative support to senior level management.
Extremely organized with excellent time management skills.
Active and cooperative.
Energetic and proactive.
High standards of accuracy, quality and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Associate degree required.
Minimum two years of working experience in a related field.
