Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized wealth management solutions

Proactively identify and address client needs, offering a comprehensive range of banking, investment, and advisory services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment specialists and financial planners, to deliver tailored financial strategies

Actively monitor client portfolios, making recommendations to optimize performance and align with their evolving financial objectives

Ensure exceptional client service and responsiveness, anticipating and addressing their concerns in a timely manner

Contribute to the growth and development of the Treasures client segment by identifying new business opportunities and referrals

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the wealth management or private banking industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients

Demonstrated expertise in investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning

Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex financial situations and provide customized solutions

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
