Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta for a Customer Relations Officer. The Customer Relations Officer will handle daily interactions with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, resolving concerns, analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality, and providing support to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations management abilities to build and maintain effective relationships. Proven capability in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to address inquiries and foster an excellent service experience. Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify trends to enhance service delivery. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in customer-facing roles or in the service industry is preferred.
