Social Media Intern

We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Social Media Operation Intern to join our fun, transparent, and collaborative team!

Job Responsibilities

Support and execute daily social media operations for realme Indonesia across platforms

Identify and translate trending topics into relevant, brand-aligned content

Contribute fresh and culturally relevant ideas from a Gen Z perspective for campaigns and daily posts

Craft engaging, impactful, and on-brand social media copy

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, brand) and external partners to ensure seamless content execution

Assist in monitoring content performance and provide basic insights for improvement

Qualifications

Final-year university student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields

Available to work onsite at Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara

Passionate about social media, digital trends, and content creation

Highly aware of fast-moving trends, especially within Gen Z communities

Strong understanding of Instagram and X (Twitter), including content formats, engagement tactics, and platform behavior

Have copywriting skills understanding in Bahasa Indonesia or English

Creative thinker with strong initiative and a willingness to experiment with new ideas

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Strong communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Interest in mobile gaming (example: MLBB, HOK) and tech industry is a strong plus
