General Requirements A minimum 3 years in the similar role, preferable in a luxury 5* hotel/resort. Strong preventive maintenance plan, time management, problem solving skill and technologically savvy. Have the experience in project or renovation management will be advantage. Highly motivated, passionate, energetic with excellent inter personal skill. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and computer literacy skills. Open for Indonesian citizen only and preferably Bali domiciled.

Key Responsibility Ensure all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, operate at optimal efficiency. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life. Oversee repairs, upgrades, and daily operational checks of hotel facilities. Maintain compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and health & safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and safety drills in coordination with relevant departments. Drive the hotel's sustainability initiatives, including energy and water conservation programs. Maintain accurate documentation of compliance records, inspections, and certifications. Prepare and manage the annual engineering budget, including capital expenditure planning Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute capital projects aligned with the hotel's long-term strategy. Set clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to team members. Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
