Management Trainee

About the role As a Management Trainee at JSL Brands, you will have the opportunity to embark on an exciting career in the retail and consumer products industry. This is a contract position based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, offering hands‑on experience and the chance to develop your skills across various aspects of store management.

What you'll be doing

Participating in a comprehensive training programme to gain expertise in all facets of retail store operations

Assisting in the day‑to‑day management of store operations, including inventory control, sales planning, and customer service

Developing an understanding of visual merchandising, staff scheduling, and budgeting

Collaborating with the broader team to implement strategic initiatives and drive store performance

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall success of the business
