Customer Relationship Management Consultant

We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated freelance sales professionals to expand our market reach and drive client acquisition.
Job Summary
The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for independently managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals. This role is commission-based, offering high earning potential for individuals who can effectively introduce and sell WazapBro’s Product to target businesses in Education, retail, FnB, Wellness, Finance sector across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, moving them efficiently through the sales process.
Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate WazapBro's [Product/Service] features and benefits to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and successfully close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Market Feedback: Collect and relay market intelligence and customer feedback to the WazapBro marketing and development teams.
Self-Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system (if provided).
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (freelance experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of the technology, SaaS, or B2B solutions market.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Must own a personal computer/laptop, reliable internet access, and a professional workspace.
A strong existing network within the Education, Retail, or F&B sector is highly desirable.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based contract.
Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential based on sales performance.
Performance bonuses may be offered based on hitting specific targets.
