4+ years experience in B2B sales 2+ years of people management experience 2+ years of experience working in international roles with a focus on Indonesia Demonstrable experience coaching and mentoring sales teams to deliver business success Experience presenting externally to large audiences Ability to think strategically and execute operationally Fluent in English and (at least) one other language.
