Lead Organization Design & Workforce Strategy Specialist
Role Purpose
The
Lead, Organization Design & Workforce Strategy
is the technical architect responsible for translating the company’s strategic vision into actionable organizational structures and data-driven workforce plans. This role acts as a critical partner to the Head of HCBP, taking high-level business directions and converting them into precise functional designs, job architectures, and long-term talent roadmaps.

from a large, complex corporate background. You must be a clear
Owner
of your work, capable of taking a strategic brief and independently building the frameworks required to execute it. This is a role for a strategic translator who bridges the gap between executive vision and ground-level Human Capital execution.
Core Responsibilities & Tactical Execution
Strategic Translation:
Convert business directions into detailed organizational charts and functional designs that promote agility and lean operations.
Workforce Modeling:
Lead the development of actionable workforce strategies by translating growth targets into concrete headcount, skill-gap, and capability roadmaps.
Total Rewards & Grading Integration:
Execute the technical mapping of organizational designs onto the company’s grading and compensation structures, ensuring all shifts are budget-aligned and internally equitable.
Pathway & Succession Implementation:
Partner with
Organizational Capability
to translate organizational levels into functional career pathways and succession frameworks.
Data Governance:
Serve as the technical custodian of organizational data, ensuring all structural changes are accurately reflected in the company’s \"Source of Truth.\"
The Professional Profile
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Engineering
or a similarly technical/quantitative field. We prioritize the
structured and critical thinking
inherent in these disciplines.
Experience & Ownership:
8–10 years
of total professional experience.
Minimum 5 years
of proven experience specifically in
Organization Design, Transformation, or Strategy Consulting .
Proven Track Record as an \"Owner\":
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently lead and deliver end-to-end projects within large-scale, complex corporate environments.
Industry Agnostic:
We value fresh, innovative perspectives from outside traditional heavy industries, provided they understand the complexity of a large organization.
The Hybrid Pedigree:
Consulting Experience (HR or Management):
High proficiency in using logical frameworks and analytical depth for complex modeling.
In-house Corporate Experience:
A practical understanding of how to implement and sustain internal structures within a business.
Technical Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in
Organization Design (OD)
and
Workforce Planning
methodologies.
Beneficial Expertise:
A background in
Total Rewards (C&B)
or a deep understanding of the grading and compensation implications of structural changes.
