Data Analyst - SPX Express (Jakarta)

Job Description Manage end-to-end workforce data (hiring, manpower tracking, and performance monitoring). Develop, maintain, and automate operational dashboards and reporting. Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to support day-to-day operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Requirements 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst. Proficient in Google Spreadsheet, with basic knowledge of SQL and Python. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Able to work independently under tight timelines.
