AWS re/Start Trainer

Orbit Future Academy aims to improve quality of life through innovation, education, and skills training, continuing the legacy of notable Indonesian figures, the late Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie and the late Prof. Dr. Ing. B. J. Habibie. Founded in 2016, the Academy provides transformative, skill-based learning for job seekers and creators of the future. It offers industry-certified programs in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Startup Entrepreneurship, Educator Skilling, and more for individuals aged 12 to 60. Partnering with the Indonesian Government, Orbit Future Academy collaborates with universities, schools, and other entities to upskill and reskill youth and the workforce on a national level. The Academy is at the forefront of preparing future generations for emerging opportunities in a dynamic global job market. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Senior AWS Technical Instructor. In this role, you will develop and deliver AWS-focused technical training programs tailored for individuals and organizations. Key responsibilities include designing course materials, conducting in-depth workshops, mentoring participants, and ensuring curriculum aligns with industry standards. Additionally, you will assess trainees' skills progression and provide feedback to help them achieve learning outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the training and adapt to evolving industry trends will also be part of your responsibility. Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in roles involving Technical Training and Training & Development • Strong Communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Expertise in AWS technologies and related cloud solutions Passion for training and mentoring professionals and students Ability to design curriculum and deliver engaging, hands-on technical sessions Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer) strongly preferred
