Job Description
The Account Manager – Premiums plays a pivotal role in driving end-to-end coordination and operational delivery for shopper marketing and promotional activation projects. Working in‑market and embedded with one of our major global clients, this role ensures the accurate, timely, and seamless execution of premiums, gifting, print, and POSM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
Assist in planning and delivering shopper marketing and promotional activities from start to finish.
Manage timelines, trackers, budgets, and workflow documents to ensure visibility and control across all projects.
Ensure briefs are complete and accurate before initiating artwork, sourcing, or production.
Coordinate approvals, revisions, and communication flows across all stakeholders.
Client Partnership & Communication
Serve as the daily contact point for client teams and internal stakeholders.
Provide clear updates, prepare reports, and support market reviews and presentations.
Support issue resolution with a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
Build trusted relationships grounded in clarity, reliability, and service excellence.
Supplier, Procurement & Production Coordination
Work closely with sourcing, QC, distribution, and logistics teams to ensure alignment across vendors and workstreams.
Assist in overseeing sampling, QA steps, production milestones, and delivery timelines.
Support cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial documentation as needed.
Maintain compliance with brand guidelines, processes, and procurement standards.
Team & Operational Support
Partner with the Operational Team Lead and Senior Account Manager on presentations, reviews, and performance reporting.
Contribute to workflow improvements and operational best practices.
Ensure accurate documentation for approvals, ordering, and financial management.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in retail/shopper marketing, client services, production coordination, or an aggregator procurement/delivery agency.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Clear and confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and tracking costs.
Understanding of premiums, gifting, procurement, and logistics workflows; exposure to digital premiums (coupons, vouchers) is an advantage.
Fluency in English and the local market language.
Experience working with major global brands is preferred.
