Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, with a strong understanding of HR processes and system configurations. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality HR technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
Configure Employee Central functionalities such as employee data management, workflows, business rules, event reason derivations, and foundation objects.
Integrate Employee Central with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and third‑party systems using standard integration tools.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SuccessFactors implementations.
Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend relevant updates or improvements.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience
Analyst to Senior Analyst: 2–5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations or support.
Specialist / Team Lead / Consultant: 6+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS projects.
Managerial Roles: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity, overseeing SAP SuccessFactors‑related projects or teams.
Minimum Required Experience by Role
Analyst/Senior Analyst: 2+ years
Specialist/Team Lead/Consultant: 5+ years
Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
Technical Expertise
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration and support.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP HCM is a plus.
Experience with full‑cycle implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, organizational management, and time off.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements
Based in Jakarta or Semarang, or willing to relocate.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
Demonstrated success in contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
Willingness to travel, when required.
