Marketing Manager . Job Responsibilities

Analyze future market needs based on customer insights and develop new business concepts for products and services that address everyday consumer needs. Lead and manage the product development process using the company’s business framework to ensure timely launch in accordance with business flow and regulations, with challenges to accelerate the development process. Provide suggestions in developing a marketing strategy to launch a New Business based on the management point of view (corporate benefits, profit & loss); evaluate and give opinions on the status of the New Business after conducting marketing trials. Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with related departments to ensure development objectives and timelines are achieved. Develop and execute annual marketing plans for products and services, including business targets and marketing strategies, while monitoring performance and adjusting plans as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from any major 5 years of experience as Marketing and Product Development from FMCG. Business English proficiency. Knowledge of marketing strategy's brand and product management (4P, ATL, BTL & Digital Marketing). Only CV in English will be processed.
