Job Description: Establish and maintain relationship with new / existing customers (B2B) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking Understand customer needs, create drafts & product specifications according to customer needs Provide excellent after-sales service, handling customer complaints and concerns in a clear, courteous and friendly manner Collaborate with team to achieve better results Daily, monthly, annual reports related to sales achievement
