Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Owner based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Owner will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing business development, managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The Owner will lead decision-making processes, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure the organization operates in compliance with regulatory requirements while achieving key growth objectives.

Qualifications Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills Proven ability in business development, operations management, and financial oversight Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management Knowledge of market trends, business analytics, and economic principles Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges effectively Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an asset Demonstrated experience in owning, starting, or managing a successful business is preferred
