Web Application Support (English Speaker)

Job Description We are seeking a

Web Application Support

to provide 1st level support for custom web applications. This role will be responsible for handling user-reported issues, troubleshooting bugs, and performing minor enhancements to ensure system reliability and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities Provide 1st level support for internal/custom web applications Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs Perform minor enhancements or small development tasks when required Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve issues Escalate complex technical issues to the development team Monitor application performance and ensure daily operational stability Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Web Application Support / IT Support / Application Support Experienced in handling issues in custom web applications Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Database) Familiar with basic debugging and simple code adjustments Comfortable dealing with users from various backgrounds Strong communication skills Fluent in English (both spoken and written) Willing to work in a support-oriented role
