This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relation Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relation Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. This includes conducting market research and analysis, formulating business plans, and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure the financial viability of projects. Additionally, the officer will be required to prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
