QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Technical Skills:

Expert in preparing Bill of Quantities (RAB/Cost Estimation).

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, decisiveness, problem-solving skills, and high integrity.

Location:

Based in Bekasi area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance Planning:

Organize Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance and repair activities in accordance with established standard operating procedures.

Coordination:

Coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, and vendors.

Technical Support:

Perform troubleshooting for technical issues on-site.

Cost Estimation:

Prepare Bill of Quantities (RAB) for MEP maintenance and repairs.

Project Monitoring:

Monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and project timelines.

Reporting:

Generate periodic progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for Mechanical and Electrical (ME) work.

Health & Safety:

Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (K3/HSE) protocols are strictly implemented.
