Acquisition Support (Field Sales)

Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard local communities (minimum 25 members per community, 1 community/day). Visit up to 6 potential communities per day. Manage and nurture acquired communities via WhatsApp. Share updates, SOPs, and success stories while resolving issues promptly. Organize small-scale events and quarterly offline gatherings. Maintain strong community engagement and relationships. Drive agents to increase digital goods transactions. Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, event coordination, or learning program operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.). Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Target-oriented, ambitious, and customer engagement skills. Passionate about grassroots community empowerment.
