Curriculum Manager

Key Responsibilities Research global and local curricula to identify best practices. Design and develop age-appropriate, engaging curriculum for ages 3–6 and 7–12. Create lesson plans, materials, and teaching strategies tailored to developmental needs. Train and support teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery. Regularly update and improve curriculum based on feedback and learning outcomes. Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure program success Gradually take part in academic operations (teacher performance, scheduling, etc.).

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (Master’s is a plus). Minimum 3 years of experience in English teaching or course development (preferably for children). Strong understanding of English language acquisition and child development. Experience in designing structured English programs or learning modules. Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills. Open to innovation and new trends in language education.
