Acts as a strategic partner to management and business units by delivering accurate, relevant, and actionable data-driven insights. The role goes beyond reporting, focusing on interpreting data, identifying opportunities and risks, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive sustainable business growth at ALTO Network. Help Data Manager to lead Data Analytics Team Identify, analyze, and interpret data pattern and trend that can be used for diagnostic, prediction, and business insight Create informative data visualization (PPT/dashboard) for monitoring and reporting Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data Perform trend analysis over transactions data based on information from Transaction Specialist Provide input on data quality Provide input and recommendation on data analysis results Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with internal Data Management team Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other divisions Risk/findings audit to be fulfilled Ensure staff are informed and trained to support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work Qualifications

Proven experience in Data Analyst, Data Operation, Business Intelligence or similar position at least 2 years\' experience. Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Data Science/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistic Certified Data Visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc) Knowledge
