Graphic and Motion Designer

Responsibilities Tentang Anak is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Motion Designer to handle all creative needs for digital ads across three brands: Tentang Anak, Expert Care, and Expert Boost. This role will involve developing key visuals (KV), animating visuals with simple motion/video edits, and creating impactful content for digital advertising. The designer will also conduct regular data audits to ensure relevance and accuracy while continuously optimizing ad content based on performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities

Key Visual Creation: Develop and conceptualize engaging key visuals (KV) for digital ads for Tentang Anak, Expert Care, and Expert Boost.

Motion & Video Editing: Animate KVs with simple motion graphics and handle all video editing needs for digital ads across the three brands.

Data Audits: Regularly conduct data audits to ensure ad content remains accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

Performance Optimization: Continuously measure and analyze ad performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, adjusting content to maximize impact and effectiveness.

Creative Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to ensure creative designs align with brand strategies and campaign goals.

Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all creative output for Tentang Anak, Expert Care, and Expert Boost.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, motion graphics, and design, and propose innovative ideas to enhance ad creativity and engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital graphic design and video editing, particularly for ads.

Strong skills in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Experience in creating Key Visuals, motion graphics, and video content for digital advertising.

Understanding of digital ad performance metrics and how to optimize creatives based on data insights.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects across different brands.

Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
