The Role:
The Sales Manager, LATAM, will play a critical supporting role to the Regional Sales Lead in executing the sales strategy, managing day-to-day sales operations, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts across the LATAM region. This individual will focus on operational excellence, performance tracking, and hands-on account management to ensure the team meets its sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
Execute the regional sales and go-to-market strategies as defined by the Sales Lead.
Manage a defined portfolio of key regional accounts (retailers and carriers), ensuring high levels of partnership satisfaction and driving sell-through performance.
Support new business development efforts by identifying potential partners and distribution channels.
Gather market intelligence, actively monitor competitor activities, and prepare detailed performance and trend reports.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure effective product launches and promotional campaigns.
Ensure the teamโs sales activities and account management practices align with overall business goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager, preferably within the consumer electronics or tech industry.
Experience in a support role contributing to regional sales target achievement, budget tracking, and sales forecasting.
Strong experience managing key retail and carrier accounts and maintaining long-lasting business relationships.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Fluent in both Spanish (for local communication and client relationships) and English (for internal company communication).
Ability to travel within LATAM as required to support key accounts and sales activities.
