Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing quotations purchase requisitions, coordinate sales orders processing, invoicing, and maintaining customer records to ensure smooth sales operations.Assist to consolidate lead generation, sales data and generate reports on performance, forecasts, and pipeline status when required.Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and other internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up.Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.Assist with on-ground HR admin matters, in collaboration with HR teams from HQ and other offices in Indonesia.Support office admin and vendor coordination, including office security arrangements and general workplace matters such as internal committees and workplace initiatives where applicable.Ensure the office and common areas are well-maintained and in good working order.Manage all office supplies, including but not limited to coordinate the ordering and stocking of pantry food items and office stationery.Manage office equipment and co-ordination of all office maintenance activities.Any other ad-hoc work as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.Working experience in office administration would be an added advantage.Fluency in Microsoft Excel/Word and Email Outlook.Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
