Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operation Specialist to ensure the seamless execution of our learning programs, particularly for our corporate (B2B) clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct effective student onboarding sessions (online and offline).
Assist corporate students to ensure a smooth, end-to-end learning process.
Monitor class progress to ensure successful completion and high-quality delivery.
Ensure students efficiently utilize the Student Dashboard, including class booking.
Provide immediate support and resolve issues encountered by students or teachers during classes.
Serve as a key liaison to coordinate effectively across departments (Business Team, Tech & Prod, and other Ops Teams).
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Communication, Business Administration, or Management).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, specifically handling B2B clients/corporate accounts.
Active English skills (oral and written) at a minimum of B2 level (Upper Intermediate).
Familiarity with online conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams) and expert proficiency in Google Spreadsheet.
Strong public speaking skills, a genuine passion for handling students/customers, and passion about administration/operational tasks.
Work Arrangement
Willingness to work in shifts.
Fully on-site work arrangement is mandatory.
