About the Role
We are looking for a
Human Resources Manager
who can lead and strengthen our HR function end-to-end. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, manpower planning, people development, HR operations, HRIS, performance management, compensation & benefits policies, and employer branding.
You will work closely with all departments to ensure we have the right talent, strong HR processes, and a healthy work environment. This is a key leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and strong execution.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Plan, manage, and monitor the full recruitment cycle
Ensure staffing needs are fulfilled according to the Manpower Plan (MPP) or ad‑hoc requests
Collaborate with universities, career centers, and communities to build talent pipelines
People Development
Identify training needs and plan annual learning programs
Organize trainings, seminars, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions
Monitor execution and evaluate effectiveness
HR Operations & HRIS
Ensure all physical and digital employee data is updated and accurate
Oversee HRIS maintenance and improvements
Draft and update C&B policies
Ensure timely issuance of documents (offer letters, promotion letters, transfer letters)
Performance Management
Lead the KPI and appraisal process across all departments
Ensure timely submission of KPI forms and performance review results
Employer Branding
Plan and manage employee branding initiatives to strengthen company image
Leadership
Supervise and guide the HR team
Work closely with all department heads to define HR requirements and solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or Management preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, especially in HR Generalist, Recruitment, or People Development roles
Strong understanding of HR operations, training, performance management, and C&B fundamentals
Experience managing an HR team is a plus
Strong planning and organizational skills
Detail‑oriented with good data management discipline
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Able to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
Proactive, hands‑on, and able to manage multiple HR functions at once
