AML & ABC Analyst Senior Executive

Job Description Prepare and deliver analytical assessments for name screening, re-screening, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and other Due Diligence reviews within AML & Anti‑Bribery and Corruption (ABC) processes. Review and assess Gift & Hospitality requests submitted by business units. Identify and assess risk levels, and escalate higher‑risk cases to relevant stakeholders for further action. Support compliance with Group Prudential policies and regulatory requirements by providing data analysis and evaluation reports to assist the AML & ABC Lead in overseeing the overall AML & ABC implementation program. Perform other ad‑hoc AML & ABC‑related activities, including process and project improvements.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years’ experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets), preferably in Compliance / AML. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Solid understanding of Risk & Control, with strong analytical and logical thinking. Practical experience in name & sanctions screening, Due Diligence, and Enhanced Due Diligence. Able to work under tight deadlines in a results‑driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Detail‑oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively; ABC and life insurance knowledge are a plus.
