Job Responsibilities Team Lead Operator: Responsible for guiding team members in the correct use and maintenance of tooling/fixtures and equipment; promoting and supervising safe operation practices; providing operational skills training to team operators. Control production output in accordance with the production plan. Promptly identify quality abnormalities; record and report defective products and any production exceptions. Continuously monitor production conditions to improve product pass rates. Responsible for executing the team’s production tasks, manpower allocation, and labor discipline management; record attendance and employees’ work attitudes, and report to senior management.
