Tiktok Specialist

Responsibilities Develop TikTok content strategy aligned with trends and business goals (especially GMV growth). Plan and manage content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting. Handle end-to-end content production (concepting, shooting, editing, publishing). Monitor and analyze performance (GMV, views, engagement, traffic sources) and optimize content. Create monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for performance improvement.

Requirements Minimum 2–3 years experience as TikTok Content Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role. Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem: algorithm, trends, and shoppable content (TikTok Shop). Proven experience in creating short-form video content (from ideation to execution). Creative thinker with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with content tools & AI tools (CapCut, TikTok tools, AI for ideation/editing) is a plus.
